Memorials Video feature
Users with specific privileges can:
- Upload video for memorial (.mp4 or .webm) and if this video is in mp4 format convert video to .webm format
- Manage videos
- List all videos related to selected memorial
- Preview videos
- Update activities with fresh uploaded video
